We are now looking for an experienced finance assistant for an assignment starting immediately and lasting until the end of January. The assignment is with a municipality in the Stockholm area, and there is an opportunity for both on-site and remote work. Please note that this is a fast process, and we need your application as soon as possible.

The assignment primarily involves working with invoice management in the client's financial system, handling purchases, and monitoring functional mailboxes in Outlook. Additionally, it includes case management and user support related to financial administrative issues.

The assignment also includes monthly registration of childcare invoices in the client's operational system. The consultant is also expected to actively work on identifying and implementing improvements within the relevant processes and contribute to documentation and development of work routines.

• Scope: Full-time, 40 hours per week.

• Start date: February 6, 2026.

• End date: December 31, 2026.

• Work format: The assignment allows for both remote work and on-site work at the office in Stockholm.

To succeed in this role, you are attentive, professional, and have a good eye for detail. You are open and flexible to the client's needs and wishes, and you have a good ability to communicate and collaborate with others.

We are looking for someone with the following experience:

• At least two years of experience in public administration and financial processes.

• Post-secondary education in finance and accounting.
